WARDROBE

There will be a cloakroom service from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. located in the Zubiarte Planta -1 Shopping Center.


Each runner must deposit in the official gymsac, which is delivered together with the bib-chip, the personal belongings that they want to leave stored. In order to identify the gymsac, the participant will have to put the card with their official number that comes in the envelope with the number.


ONLY OFFICIAL EVENT BAGS/GYMSACS WILL BE PICKED UP WITH THE OFFICIAL CARD.

SHOWERS

After the race you will have a shower service from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Deusto Sports Center located at Calle Jon Arrospide 1.

You will need to show your race number to access this service.

CHANGING ROOMS

You will have a changing room for women and another for men, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. located in the ZUBIARTE shopping center.
YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW YOUR BIB NUMBER TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE AND TO PICK UP YOUR BELONGINGS LATER.

PACEMAKERS

The organization will have hares that will mark the appropriate pace for the participants, who will be easily identified, as they will be marked with flags placed behind the runner who is the hare.


HALF MARATHON 21K: 1:25h./1:30h./1:35h./1:40h./ 1.45h. /1:50h./2:00h. 

PIRATE RACE 10K: 40’/45’/50’/55’/60’.

PROVISIONING

Following the rules established by the RFEA and World Athletics, the organization will provide participants with refreshment areas with water/isotonic drinks/gels at kilometers 6, 10, 14 and 18.

Upon reaching the finish line you will receive an individual bag with water, POWERADE and solid supplies provided by the sponsors.

Once the test is over, you will be able to see their official classification on this website and in the Official APP.

VETERANS TROPHY

If you are one of the 3 classified in the category of female and male veterans in the Half Marathon distance, we will send you a trophy at home after the race.

PHOTOGRAPHY

QuieroMisFotos.com will be the company in charge of carrying out the photographic report of the TotalEnergies Bilbao Night Running Fest 2025. Its photographers will be located in the most emblematic places in the city, and once the test is over you will be able to access all your photographs in an easy and quickly using the facial recognition system of QuieroMisFotos.com. You will have the opportunity to acquire a good number of photographs at excellent quality, as a cheaper pack that includes the original, commemorative formats (with time spent completing the test) and photographic certificate (personalized with your name, time and event logo).
